EAA Members: During registration, participants must indicate their national association membership. The congress organizers will confirm their membership with the appropriate national association.
Students: To prove their status, students must attach a copy of their valid student identification card or a letter from the university confirming their student status. If neither of these documents is available, full registration fees must be paid.
Retired: Retired status is reserved for EAA members who retired before the registration date. These rates do not permit to be listed as an author or co-author of a communication.
Accompanying fee is dedicated only to family members or accompanying persons who will not participate at the Congress. In fact, this fee can only be selected by a paying participant and this fee only gives right to the opening and closing ceremony, plus a few touristic activities to be defined. Please, kindly note that accompanying persons will not have a badge to access the rooms during the Congress. Check the accompanying program here.
Registration Fees include for All Participants:
- Submission of two papers
- Admission to all oral sessions, poster sessions and companies’ exhibition
- Conference Material
- Lunch breaks during the conference
- Coffee breaks during the conference
- Opening Ceremony at FYCMA, 23rd June 2025

Third Paper submission: € 100,00 VAT 21%incl.
Gala Dinner at El Balneario - Baños del Carmen (C/ Bolivia, 26, 29018 Málaga)on Wednesday 25th June 2025: € XX per person.
Cancellation Fees
Written cancellation received within the 15th of January 2025: 50% reimbursement will be granted
Written cancellation received from the 15th of February 2025: No reimbursement
